ESD-2.8 mil Static Bag is 72 micron in total thickness, it’s heat sealable, and static protective. It is specifically designed for packaging electrostatic-sensitive electronic components.
Our ESD-safe bags feature a 4-layer construction, comprising an outer static dissipative layer, transparent metallised polyester, polyethylene, and an inner static dissipative layer. These multilayers provide a complete Faraday cage protection against the effects of ESD.
Bags are available in industry-standard sizes, anything from 4” x 6” up to 30” x 29.5”, or can be made custom.
Typically packed in 100s for smaller-sized bags. Larger size bags packed in either 25s or 50s. Please ask.
The bags are hot foil stamped (yellow) with ESD warning symbols and a lot code for traceability.
